Carmen was most recently Head of US Marketing at Indeed and has held other strategic leadership and insights positions at top-tier companies. Carmen is passionate about democratizing access and opportunity for marginalized communities. She is a member of Chief, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. She serves as New York City Director of WNorth, a community of women leaders and entrepreneurs in North America.
