Albert Moreyra manufactured a packaging product in November 1999 with financial support from business magnate William (Bill) C. Cutshall, who owned a packaging enterprise. Bill also became a business partner and mentor of ArmorEdge.
In 2004, Albert moved operations to Mexico and formed a new company there, ArmorPack SA de CV, to manufacture a product used by large consumer products manufacturers. ArmorPack Corporation was also formed in the United States to facilitate Unisource, a global supplier for Kohler Co.
In 2008, ArmorPack SA de CV was sold to a Mexican businessman, Juan Fernandez, of a large paper group in Mexico City. ArmorPack Corporation continues to develop technology patents and trademarks, branding a product called COOLER BOARD™ in several industries. The COOLER BOARD™ is a unique material that provides "singular packaging technology" for many industries in the cold chain and large consumer products manufacturers
